- Untangling the various nutrition theories to distinguish between what promotes a healthy lifestyle and what does not.
- Exploring healthy food combinations while also acknowledging risky ones.

Nourishing Well-Being and Nutrition with Ranjana 

These workshops will support you in finding, clarity, inspiration and confidence in the subtle processes of a grounded spiritual life. 

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝟭:
Gravity, Ground & Space We begin with an exploration of how gravity can assist us in grounding our asana practice. Finding ground is foundational for releasing the spine and breath from habitual self contraction and opens the way for uncovering the natural self-organising dynamics of energy in the body. When our energy is grounded, open and clear, the subtler aspects of practice become available. 

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝟮:
Prana, Breath & Mind Pranayama is an intimate exploration of the subtle dynamics of our inner lives. We are not simply breathing with Pranayama practice, we are cultivating a refined capacity for feeling and an exquisite sensitivity to the responsive intelligence of life. When the spine and breath are free of habitual self contraction, so is the mind.

Paul has been practicing and studying yoga and meditation for over 40 years. He draws from his experience in many different styles and traditions and, through a practical understanding of their underlying unifying principles, weaves together a cohesive and integrated approach to yoga. He has studied the inexhaustible richness of the wisdom traditions for decades and complements this with contemporary understanding of developmental psychology, integral theory and trauma work (somatic experiencing) Paul’s approach offers rich learning possibilities, whether students are beginners or highly experienced practitioners.
